Can I place orders manually?

Yes of course!

If you have any concerns or difficulty while placing your orders you can reach out to the customer support team via Chat or WhatsApp. They take down the necessary details and place an order for you. This can be done for both new and existing customers.

Can I place an order for a customized item?

Yes.

If you are seeking customization for an existing product please get in touch with us via Chat or WhatsApp. Once we have the details our team will share with you a price quotation, post-approval we will share the invoice and payment link.

We can also customise specific design or products as per your design and details. Our in-house team will help you in finalising the same. Please note customised products are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

How do I edit my order?

If your order status is still pending and not shipped you can edit your order via the customer dashboard in your 'My Orders' section. You can also contact the customer support team to modify your order.

Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link. You can also check the status from your 'My Orders' section on the customer dashboard.

Can we ask for a discount?

Yes of course! Every customer gets a 10% off on their first purchase. Even if you miss the coupon no problem. The 10% off coupon can be used once by every customer anytime. Apart from this we always have some or the other offers running on the website. However, if the offer is not applicable on your purchase and you have already used the 10% off coupon code you can always reach out to us and ask for a discount!
